Due to the technical nature of our platform, which involves the extraction, copying, and manipulation of source code and visual elements from third-party sites, it is imperative to establish the legal responsibility boundaries between the Clonador Pro platform and the User.

1. The Nature of the Tool

Clonador Pro provides exclusively the technological infrastructure (software) that allows the automation of copying HTML, CSS, JavaScript code, and assets from a public web page. We do not produce, control, or pre-moderate the content that our users choose to clone using our tool.

2. User Responsibility

By using the platform to generate a clone of a web page, the user assumes full and total responsibility for the copied content and how it is subsequently published or used on the internet.

  • The user declares that they possess all legal rights, affiliate authorizations, or resale licenses (e.g., PLR) necessary to copy the target page.
  • The user commits to strictly respecting the applicable legislation regarding Copyright, Trademarks, and Personal Data Protection (such as GDPR or LGPD) in the jurisdiction where they operate.
  • Any legal damage, intellectual property dispute, or criminal complaint resulting from the publication of a clone generated through our platform will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the person who generated it.

3. No Encouragement of Illegal Activities

Clonador Pro does not encourage, support, or sponsor any type of illegal activity, including the theft of digital products, copyright infringement, piracy, unfair competition, or digital fraud. Our tool is built and marketed for ethical and legitimate use (e.g., a co-producer who needs to transfer sales pages between domains, or an affiliate authorized to use the producer's structure).

4. Takedown Notices (DMCA and Legal Complaints)

Although we are not responsible for content hosted outside our network, we actively collaborate with legitimate copyright holders. If you identify that a Clonador Pro user has illegally copied and is hosting your intellectual property without your prior express permission, follow these steps:

  1. Gather evidence demonstrating your ownership of the original work/page.
  2. Identify the exact link of the offending page.
  3. Send a formal notice to our email: kaitohotmart@gmail.com.

We will conduct a swift investigation and, if the complaint is substantiated, we will immediately block the offending account and cooperate within the law.
